Newly built and completed in July 2008 Laburnum Lodge Holiday Cottage, nestled in the Donegal Countryside, is just minutes walk away from the Atlantic coast, and is ideally located for exploring the North West region of Ireland.
The surrounding area of Murvagh Beach, with its scenic views, amazingly breathtaking coast, and its accessibility to a contrastingly entertaining night life close by in Donegal Town, lies just minutes away by car. Surely something to both accommodate and entertain all ages - the perfect place for all to enjoy
With its own secure and enclosed garden, Laburnum Lodge Holiday Cottage is ideal for the younger members of the family. We have all the mod-cons you'd expect in modern 4 star luxury accommodation, the cottage is a home away from home. There is also a play activity area consisting of single swing, double swing, slide, swiveling see-saw, large sand pit on the grounds of Laburnum Lodge for the younger members of the family. For the fisher person at heart we have our very own Fishing Deck also on the grounds of Laburnum Lodge. We boast that the ground surrounding the house are both private and child/pet friendly, so all can relax and enjoy a pleasant stay.
There are many daily activities nearby, such as, horse riding, golf and fishing, and depending on your requirements, Murvagh beach can offer either excitement or tranquility a stones throw from your door-step. Donegal Golf Club (Murvagh), with its unbeatable reputation for championship golf at its best, and local rivers and lakes for fishing are literally on your doorstep.
