Terms and Conditions of Booking
- Deposit of 50% on all bookings with full payment of all bookings being made 10 days prior to arrival.
- All electricity and oil used during your stay will NOT be included in the cost of your booking and must be paid for before departure (ESB metre as per metre reading, standard charges only will apply, this will be a minimal amount to cover the bill). For oil usage for heating, there will be a €30 charge for first week usage and €20 extra per week thereafter.
- You will be held accountable for any damages caused during the duration of your stay at Laburnum lodge.
- Comsumable day to day items are not provided. However. if you find upon arrival items such as washing powder, tea bags or Salt/Pepper etc are present you are free to use them as you wish.
